Privacy Policy

Mnemolearn (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates the Mnemolearn mobile application (“App”). This Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

1) What we collect

Usage data (e.g., screens viewed, feature interactions) for product analytics.
Crash and performance data for diagnostics.
Purchase and subscription events (status, product, renewal, country/currency) to enable premium access.
AI usage (e.g., prompts, model responses, feedback) to provide AI features.
Identifiers such as an anonymous device/app identifier or app user ID generated by our systems or SDKs.

We do not collect names, emails, or login credentials. We do not collect or use the Apple Advertising Identifier (IDFA).

2) What we don’t do

No cross-app or cross-site tracking.
No data sharing with data brokers.
No personalized advertising based on your App activity.

3) How we use data

App functionality: enable and verify subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent abuse.
Diagnostics: monitor crashes/performance and improve stability.
Analytics: understand feature usage to improve the product (aggregate, non-personalized).
AI features: process your prompts and return generated content.

4) Third-party processors

We work with service providers acting as processors on our behalf:

Firebase (Crashlytics, Remote Config) – diagnostics and configuration.
Mixpanel – product analytics with anonymous identifiers.
RevenueCat – in-app subscriptions and entitlements.
OpenAI – processing of prompts and generation requests for AI features.

We share data with these providers only to deliver the services above. We do not authorize them to use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.

5) Data retention

We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes described or as required by law. You may request deletion (see “Your rights”).

6) Your rights & choices

Access / deletion: You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing support@mnemolearn.com.
Opt-out of analytics: You can request that we disable analytics associated with your device/app ID.
Manage subscriptions (iOS): Manage or cancel in Apple Settings.

7) Children

The App is intended for a general audience (4+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you are under 13, please use the App only with parental supervision.

8) International transfers

Your data may be processed on servers located outside your country. We take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with this Policy.

9) Changes

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted here with a new “Last updated” date.
